Invitation to Bid (EUTF) – LTAs for Our Beneficiaries
Overview :
The International Organization for Migration-IOM Gambia Mission has developed four packages for our Beneficiaries/Returnees from Libya and other countries to be assisted in their Reintegration process under the European Union Trust Fund (EUTF). These packages are:
? BUILDING MATERIALS PACKAGE
? WELDING MATERIALS PACKAGE
? GROCERY GOODS PACKAGE
? TAILORING MATERIALS PACKAGE
The IOM Gambia office is hereby invites bidders to bid for these packages above. Interested candidates can collect a Complete set of Bid Document which is available at the International Organization for Migrations, Head Office Procurement Unit at 46 Kairaba Avenue, Pipeline PMB 586, Serrekunda, The Gambia, or request by email to [email protected].
Sealed Bids must be delivered to the IOM procurement Unit 12th September 2018 at 12:00 Mid-day and must be accompanied by a Bid Security as stated in the bid document and it must be from a commercial Bank.
Bids will be opened in the presents of bidders’ or their representatives who choose to attend at 12:30 GMT 12th September, 2018 in the IOM conference Room
