The building material test (according to RAP Stra 15 D3) for the measure of bedload addition Lower Rhine Season 2 consists of the following two partial services: - Building material testing of attachment replacement material - Evaluation of bed material and dredged material The Building material testing of bedload replacement material consists of initial, control and special tests of delivery grain sizes 2/16 mm, 4/32 mm and 4/90 mm (natural aggregate) as part of the Lower Rhine bedload addition, season 2 (execution from June 2026 - end October 2027). The initial tests take place in the delivery plants, control and special tests take place near the dumping areas of the Rhine. Furthermore, the development of the grading curve of a sample from the delivery factory to installation should be followed. For this are Sampling must be taken at the different transshipment locations and evaluated according to a control test.
