Builder's work The listed building House 3 (built in 1912, gross floor area approx. 12, 000 m², BRI approx. 43, 900 m³), which was used as a ward until recently, will be converted into 75 apartments for nursing staff from Münchenstift GmbH and the Munich Clinic gGmbH converted. The building has a basement, a ground floor, three upper floors and a top floor. The western, single-storey extension (house 3b) and the eastern, two-storey connecting building (house 3a) were built subsequently (construction period approx. 1961 - 1967) and are not Part of the monument protection. The subject of this order is master building work. For further information see section 5.1.
