Tender Details

The client (hereinafter: AG) is tendering the delivery of a full container reach stacker with an electric drive for use at the Neuss location across Europe. Part of the service to be offered is also provided by the bidder Full service maintenance contract to be submitted with the offer, which contains the minimum specifications listed under 3 (see specifications in the list of services in Annex 03 of the system package 03). The maintenance contract should be available as an optional service are offered, the client will decide whether to request this directly when the contract is awarded. Eine ausführliche Beschreibung des Leistungssolls ist dem Leis-tungsverzeichnis (Anlage 03 des Anlagenkonvoluts 03) und den entsprechenden, weiteren Appendices (data sheet, technical data, specification of the equipment, appendices 03a to 03c of system bundle 03). ATTENTION: Due to the funding provider's requirements, the reach stacker must be fully battery-operated. Other operating modes can therefore not accepted. ATTENTION: The product offered must have a battery capacity of at least 750 kWh gross. The service is expected to be provided by the end of April 2026 once the contract is awarded. The order must be placed immediately The contract is awarded. Delivery, training and commissioning must be completed by mid-October 2026 at the latest. ATTENTION: Due to the funding law background, the time requirements set out above must be adhered to observe. Due to the timing, bidders must expect services to begin immediately after the contract is awarded. The client is aware that the bidders must first order the service.
