Tenders are invited for Audit on the Quality of the Networks of the Mobile Operators in Chad.
1. The Regulatory Authority for Electronic Communications and Post (ARCEP), as part of the implementation of its Action Plan 2019, launches an International Call for Tender for the audit on the quality of the networks of mobile operators in Chad. It will be a question of controlling the execution of the specifications and evaluating the memorandum of understanding signed with Millicom and Airtel on June 14, 2019.
