The contract includes both ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities, aimed at ensuring the correct functioning, safety and operational continuity of the plant during its life cycle. The works to be carried out are summarized as follows, in line with the attached metric calculation:• Monthly welding interventions to restore and thicken the cutting blades and shredder motor shafts. • Annual replacement of panel fixing bolts of the rotating screens, carried out with suitable equipment (torque wrenches, breaking or shearing of bolts). • Repairs and structural restoration: Interventions on panels, belts, hoppers and metal carpentry through welding or partial replacements, in case of wear, damage or corrosion. • Signaling and safety works: Application of painted longitudinal stripes (with reflective paint or traffic island). • Auxiliary interventions: Rental of...
