Architectural services according to Part 3 Section 1 HOAI Auf der Morgenstelle 36, 72076 Tübingen, Tübingen, University, NWI, replacement new building Bio, architectural services in accordance with Part 3 Section 1 HOAI, the intention is to commission property planning services for Buildings according to Part 3, Section 1 of the HOAI primarily for service phases 5 to 9 and in parts of LPH 3, mostly optional. The building complex consists of two components. Component 1 with a length and width of 55 by 55 m sees one 7-story building pushed into the slope. This essentially contains office and laboratory space. Special uses assigned to the large new biology institute building (mainly research animal husbandry and their experimental areas) are referred to as Component 2 down the slope, east of the new delivery road and connected via a tunnel, designed as a 3-story building.
