The Libyan Higher Technical Center for Training and Production announces its desire to contract with specialized training centers and companies to implement the training programs approved within the training plan for the year 2026 according to the following programs: 1 Training course in measurements and calibration 2 Training courses in engineering software 3 Professional Master-s Program in Business Administration 4 Course in Electronic Archiving 5 Course in the Program 6 Advanced Course 7 International Computer Driving License Program Accordingly, the Center-s management invites all qualified training centers and companies wishing to submit their technical and financial offers to review The training office at the center during official working hours in order to obtain the detailed technical specifications for each training program. Technical and financial offers are submitted in accordance with the approved technical specifications and what is stipulated in the government procurement regulations and on the dates specified by the center-s procurement committee. To inquire and review the technical specifications, please come to the center-s headquarters during official working hours
