Lots: Anatomical sleeping pillow with removable cover. Overall dimensions 70 × 70 cm. Design: Two-chamber (two-layer) design, consisting of a quilted external removable cover with a zipper and an internal fabric napper with main filler. Along the perimeter of the product, a fixing edging or double finishing stitching is required. Type of cover fastener: Concealed zipper sewn onto one side of the product, ensuring smooth movement and easy access to the inner lining. Outer cover material: Polysatin fabric, density not less than 110 g/m². The fabric must have high wear resistance, resistance to shrinkage and pilling (formation of pills). Method of fastening the cover: Continuous curly stitch using Thermopol technology or Ultrastep. The outer cover should be quilted into a single layer together with a layer of bamboo fiber. The stitching and seams should be frequent and tight (at least 3-4 needle pricks per 1 cm of seam length). Filling: Natural bamboo fiber (in the form thermally bonded layer fixed with stitches) and highly crimped siliconized polyester microfiber of primary processing (swan's down / holofiber). The filler must be distributed evenly throughout the entire volume. Presence of voids, lumps, compactions or rigid non-deformable fibers are not allowed.
