Procurement of the markets for the supply, installation and commissioning of medical-technical equipment, maintenance, medical furnitureand non medical (equipment of 1 CHR, 1 CESFARH, 3 CSA and 18 CSR) will be carried out by Open International Invitation to Tender. Procurement for the supply and commissioning of IT / office equipment and office furniture will be carried out by Consultation de FournisseNational Airports (CFN). Selection of Consultants: The Consulting Services for the audit of the Project accounts will be procured through a competitive process using the Low Cost Selection (SMC) method of the national consultants selected on the shortlist. Consulting Services forTechnical Assistance for the delegated project management of civil works will be acquired by Entente Directe with UNOPS. Consulting Services for Technical Assistance for the Supply of Medicine Kits and Consumables will be acquired by Entente Directe with UNICEF. "
