Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Acquisition of Topography Equipment (Dual-Frequency GPS, Total Station).

Consistency of services:
The services include the supply of topography equipment and the training of personnel in their use. The supply includes:
-five (5) GPS navigation receivers, portable, new generation and high performance, Geographic Information System type;
-one (1) pair of tri-frequency GPS receiver (GNSS system) equipped with GNSS satellite tracking technology, SmartTrack + processor, tri-frequency, 120 channels;
-one (1) TI 0MAP4430, 1GHz Dual-core ARM ® Cortex processor total station ? A9 MPCore? at least ;
- five (5) long range walkie talkies (about 10 km);
In addition to the supply of topography equipment, the service includes:
- functional accessories (batteries, chargers, battery chargers, memory cards (approximately 16GB), cabling, transport case, backpack if necessary, etc.?);
-the internal software with license necessary for the field entry;
-the post-processing calculation software with license;
- a heavy metal tripod for the GPS receivers and the total station;
- user training and warranty services.

Each tenderer must attach to his administrative documents, a provisional security in the amount of four hundred thousand ( 4 00, 000) CFA francs, valid for thirty (30) days beyond the original date of validity of the tenders. This deposit must be established according to the model indicated in the tender file and issued by a financial institution approved by the Minister in charge of finance and listed in Exhibit 11 of the DAO .
