Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Acquisition of Pedagogic / Scientific Equipment (Technical Equipment, Laboratory Equipment, Office Supplies, Technical Supplies, Furniture, Computer Equipment, Software, Materials Office) for the Profit of ESA / INP-HB.

ARTICLE 1: PURPOSE OF THIS ADDITIVE

The purpose of this addendum no. 1 to Tender File No. DMP F 86/2018 is to:
1- make changes to the above criteria; after CAD:
- financial capacity ;
- technical capacity and experience

ARTICLE 2: CHANGES

• ON THE CRITERION OF "FINANCIAL CAPACITY"

?Relative to the credit line

The obligation to have the correspondent in Côte d'Ivoire aim for lines of credit issued by banks located outside of Côte d'Ivoire, is deleted. The NB carrying this obligation is therefore removed from the DAO.

As a result of this amendment, the new wording of clause (b) of clause IC 5.1, relating to the credit line, is as follows:

IC 5.1 b) Line of credit

ü Have a line of credit issued by a bank approved by the Ministry of the Economy and Finance of an amount at least equal to:

For Lot 1: three hundred million (300, 000, 000) CFA francs;
For lot 2: four hundred and seventy-four million (474 ??million) CFA francs;
For lot 3: two hundred and twenty-five million (225, 000, 000) CFA francs;
For Lot 4: two million nine hundred thousand (2, 900, 000) FCFA;
For lot 5: fifty-two million (52, 000, 000) FCFA;
For lot 6: fifty million (50, 000, 000) FCFA;
For lot 7: eighty-two million six hundred thousand (82, 600, 000) FCFA;
For lot 8: forty million eight hundred thousand (40, 800, 000) FCFA;
For lot 9: seventeen million five hundred thousand (17, 500, 000) FCFA.

NB:

The credit line must clearly indicate the number and purpose of the Tender.



• ON THE "TECHNICAL CAPACITY AND EXPERIENCE" CRITERION

The following provision is deleted:
"Undertakings under 18 months of existence must provide a bank certificate dating back less than six months (06) months and a corresponding pre-financing bank certificate". fifteen percent (15%) of the value of their bid, otherwise reject ".

As a consequence of this deletion, clause (II) of clause IC 5.1 of the BDS is amended as follows:

IC 5.1

(II) CRITERIA OF TECHNICAL CAPACITY AND EXPERIENCE:
a) Specific experience
ü For lot 1:
Have, as a principal undertaking, in the last five (5) years, (2013 - 2017) at least one (1) contract for the supply of technical equipment of an amount not less than two hundred million (200, 000 000) of F CFA.
ü For lot 2:
To have carried out as a main company, during the last five (5) years, (2013 - 2017) at least one (1) laboratory equipment supply contract of at least equal to three hundred and twenty-five million (325, 000, 000) CFA francs.
ü For lot 3:
Having carried out as a main company, during the last five (5) years, (2013 - 2017) at least two (2) contracts for the supply of agricultural equipment of an amount equal to at least one hundred and fifty-five million (155, 000, 000) CFA francs each.

ü For Batch 4: For the
past five (5) years (2013-2017), have carried out as a main business at least two (2) office supply contracts at least equal to one million three hundred thousand (1 300 000) of F CFA each.

ü For lot 5:
Having carried out as a main company, during the last five (5) years, (2013 - 2017) at least two (2) technical supply contracts with an amount of at least thirty-five five million (35, 000, 000) CFA each.

ü For lot 6:
Having carried out as a main company, during the last five (5) years, (2013 - 2017) at least two (2) furniture supply contracts of an amount equal to at least twenty three million (23, 000, 000) CFA each.

ü For lot 7:
Have, as a main company, realized in the last five (5) years, (2013 - 2017) at least two (2) contracts for the supply and installation of computer equipment in the amount of at least thirty-eight million (38, 000, 000) F CFA each.

ü For Batch 8:
Having carried out as a principal, in the last five (5) years, (2013 - 2017) at least two (2) software supply contracts in an amount not less than twenty eight million (28, 000, 000) CFA each.

ü For lot 9:
Performed as a principal, in the last five (5) years, (2013-2017) at least two (2) contracts for the supply of office equipment of at least $ 8 million ($ 8, 000) 000) of F CFA each.

NB:

The experiments must be justified by certificates of good performance or receipt (without reserve, including amount) of contracts executed during this period.

The certificates of receipt must be accompanied by the same proof required for certificates of good execution.

EBAs for public contracts must be accompanied by the following documents:
- In the case of contracts numbered in SIGMAP, the SIGMAP market number must be indicated.
- If the EBA or Minutes relate to public contracts that have not been numbered in the SIGMAP, the tenderer must accompany them compulsorily from the cover page as well as from the signature page of the contract clearly mentioning the dates, names and quality of the different signatories.

EBAs from private structures must be accompanied by the following documents:
The tenderer must provide any document justifying the contract (contract or any other document in lieu thereof, Good orders, delivery note or receipt document etc ...) ( non-exhaustive list). These documents must clearly indicate the dates, names and status of the signatories.

ARTICLE 3: MODIFICATIONS OF THE DATE OF DEPOSIT OF OFFERS
AND OPENING OF PLISTS
The deadline of deposit of the plies initially envisaged for the Thursday, June 14, 2018 with 10:00 minutes universal time, is postponed to Thursday, June 28, 2018 to 10:00 universal time.
The place of submission of tenders, namely the Procurement Service of the Coordination Unit of the C2D Education-Training Project located in Abidjan, II Plateaux, Polyclinic district, not far from the "SERVIR" Foundation, rue K20, lot 1349, block 139, remains unchanged.

As a result of this postponement, the opening of the bids will take place on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at 10:30 GMT, in the presence of the representatives of the candidates wishing to attend, at the meeting room of the Coordination Unit of the C2D Project. FINAL PROVISIONS
