This prequalification notice follows the general procurement notice for the project published in the Development Business online journal of March 16, 2020 and on the Bank`s portal ( www.afdb.org ) and the daily Togo-Presse. No 10748 of March 18, 2020.
The Government of Togo has received from the African Development Fund and the European Union-Africa Infrastructure Trust Fund, financing administered by the African Development Bank Group (AfDB) to cover the cost of the Support Project. the Social Component of the CiZo Rural Electrification Program of Togo (PRAVOST), and intends to allocate part of the proceeds of this financing to payments relating to the market for the acquisition of a national Pay-as-You Go platform for the management of facilities off-grid solar. Indeed, within the framework of the CiZo project, the Government of Togo wishes to set up a national Pay-as-youGo (PayGo) platform for the management of off-grid solar installations to which all solar systems sold on Togolese territory will have to be connected.
