The current MSG Internet residence is not meeting the DOS requirement, Djibouti Telecom has given us a good deal to get 50 MB for S25, 423.73 yearly cost.
a. 41 USC 253(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible souree and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
a. Contracting Officer determined that the anticipated cost to the Government would be fair and reasonable. Even if we pursued a satellite provider for our services no provider will be able to provide the services for the funds available. The average rate per Mbps ranges from $11, 000.00 to S12, 000.00 with the much slower service. Djibouti Telecom-s rate per Mbps $2, 715.25 with a much faster service.
