This open invitation to tender (AAOO) follows the general procurement notice for the project published in the Development Business online journal of March 16, 2020 and on the Bank`s portal ( www.afdb.org ) and the daily Togo-Presse No 10748 of March 18, 2020.
The Government of Togo has received from the African Development Fund and the European Union-Africa Trust Fund for Infrastructure, financing administered by the African Development Bank Group (AfDB) to cover the cost of the Support Project. to the Social Component of the CiZo Rural Electrification Program of Togo(PRAVOST), and intends to allocate part of the proceeds of this financing to payments relating to the market for the acquisition, installation and maintenance of 314 photovoltaic systems for electrification health centers. Indeed, within the framework of the CiZo project, and more specifically through PRAVOST, the Government of Togo intends to strengthen the community resilience of 500 rural localities in Togo with access to solar energy.
The Togolese Rural Electrification and Renewable Energies Agency (AT2ER) invites, by this International Call for Tenders, the bidders admitted to compete to submit their bids under closed cover, for the supply, installation and maintenance of :
✓ 156 USP Type 1 solar kits and 3 USP Type 2 solar kits in the Maritime and Plateau Regions, for Lot 1;
✓ 149 USP Type 1 solar kits and 6 USP Type 2 solar kits in the Central, Kara and Savannah Regions, for Lot 2.
The tender dossier may be purchased by the candidates, upon written request to the above-mentioned service and upon payment of a non-refundable amount of one hundred thousand (100, 000) CFA francs. The method of payment will be cash or bank transfer to the account indicated below. The document will be sent by email or hand-to-hand.
Tenders must be submitted to the address indicated above no later than November 6, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. and be accompanied by a bid bank guarantee of: ✓ thirty six million (36, 000, 000) CFA francs for Lot 1, ✓ thirty six million (36, 000, 000) CFA francs for Lot 2.
