Request for proposals are invited for Acquisition, Implementation, Training and Maintenance of Abacus Entreprise Architecture Software for the African Development Bank.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL - REF.: ADB/RFP/CHGS/2019/0111

ACQUISITION, IMPLEMENTATION, TRAINING AND MAINTENANCE OF ABACUS ENTERPRISE ARCHITECTURE SOFTWARE FOR THE AFRICAN DEVELOPMENT BANK.

1) The African Development Bank (hereafter referred to as “The Bank”) intent to select a company for the implementation, training and maintenance of Abacus Enterprise architecture Software.

2) The Bank therefore wishes to invite technical and financial proposals from experienced companies for provision of the above services.

3) Interested Bidders must originate from one of the Bank’s member countries, list of which is provided at www.afdb.org.

4) The scope of services and the forms to be completed are descibed in the Request for Proposals (RFP) document that is available for downloading from http://www.afdb.org/en/about-us/corporate-procurement/procurement-notices/currentsolicitations/.

Alternatively, the document may be obtained by sending a request to tender@afdb.org.

5) Interested Bidders in this procurement opportunity shall register by sending an e-mail to tender@afdb.org.

6) The technical and financial proposals should be submitted in five (05) copies (1 original + 04 copies) in sealed envelopes delivered at the address below by August 29th, 2019 at 1200hrs Abidjan (local time), Côte d’Ivoire.
