Tenders are invited for Acquisition of Guides and Multi-Subject Activity Books for Public cm2 Teachers and Students (Maths-French-Sciences)
The qualification requirements are:

Financial capacity:

The Applicant must provide written proof that it meets the following requirements:

- Financial statements: provide financial statements for the last three (03) fiscal years (2019-2020 -2021), certified by a chartered accountant firm or approved auditor in the candidate's country.

- Financial capacity and line of credit: Provide a certificate of financial capacity issued by a reputable bank, demonstrating the solvency of the candidate. lot 2 (line of credit or promise of credit facility).

ü Technical capacity and experience:

The Candidate must prove, with supporting documentation, that he meets the technical capacity requirements below:

- Have performed at least two (2) similar contracts in a 100% satisfactory manner over the past five (5) years, of which the cumulative amount for each lot is equal to at least half of the amount of the offer. For start-up companies, they must provide proof of similar or related services and financial volume provided for the same period by their management staff.

- Be a company whose main activity is publishing or which has been operating in the book or printing sector for at least two (2) years for the 2 lots

- Have a mandatory Copyright or assignment from the publisher who owns the rights for the 2 lots at the time of execution;

- Have suitable equipment and/or facilities for reprinting the manuals for the 2 lots.

- Professional and administrative capacity:

• Be regularly registered in the Trade and Personal Property Credit Register

• Be in good standing with tax and social institutions

• Have an identifiable fixed registered office
Interested candidates can obtain a Call for Tenders File complete at the address mentioned below Building MEPU-A, located in the Commune of Kaloum, Conakry, 3rd floor from January 18, 2023 against a non-refundable payment7 of 1, 000, 000 Guinean francs. The method of payment will be as follows

• 20% of the amount will be paid to the Contracting Authority on the account of the RECEVEUR CENTRAL DU TRESOR, identity below:

Tenders must include a bid guarantee for an amount equal to:

Lot 1: 4, 000, 000 GNF: Acquisition of guides to multi-subject activity books for public CM2 teachers (maths-French-sciences) for validity 120 days from the date of opening of bids.

Lot 2 109, 000, 000 GNF: Acquisition of multi-subject activity books for public CM2 students (maths-French-sciences) for a validity of 120 days from the date of opening of bids.

Tenders must include a regulation fee of 0.6% of the amount excluding tax of the contract to be paid into ARMP's account in accordance with the provisions of decree D/2020/154/PRG/SGG of July 10, 2020 on the powers, organization and operation of the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (ARMP) and joint decree A/2304/MEF/MB/SGG of August 07, 2020 on the terms of payment of the regulatory fee and the share of revenue from sale (or sale price) of tender documents.
