Tender Details

Acquisition of Equipment for Day Care Centres, Primary Schools, Colleges and High Schools in the Area of Project (in the Districts of Bangui, Nana MambéRé and Ouham) in the Central African Republic.
Interested and eligible Bidders may obtain information from the

National Coordination of PARSEBALT/Central African Republic, located in Bangui in the premises

of the Forest Development Fund - BP 830 or to the following emails:

[email protected]; or [email protected] and read the documents

of the invitation to tender at the address mentioned below during working hours, from 09:00 to

3:00 p.m. (local time)
The Tender Dossier in French can be purchased by any Bidder

interested party by making a written request to the address below against payment not

refundable amount of sixty (30, 000) CFA Francs. The method of payment will be by check of

bank or by transfer to the account - PARSEBALT - RCA Located at ECOBANK at number

33650004490-51. The tender dossier will be submitted on presentation of the receipt

purchase. The DAO can be withdrawn at the project level or electronically (e-mail).

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below no later than 05/06/2023 at 10:00 a.m.

Submission of bids electronically “will not” be permitted. The offers given in

late will not be accepted.

Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders' representatives and persons

present at the address mentioned below on 05/06/2023 at 10:30 a.m.

7. Tenders must be accompanied by a Tender Guarantee, for an amount of: One million

one hundred thousand (1, 100, 000) CFA francs, in the form of an unconditional guarantee issued by a

bank. For a delivery period of four (4) months.

8. Please note that the Procurement Framework requires the Borrower to disclose the

information on the beneficial owners of the winning Bidder, as part of

the Notice of Contract Award Notification, by completing the Disclosure Form

beneficial owners included in the tender documents.
