The Project for the Promotion of Integrated Management and the Economy of Solid Waste in Senegal (PROMOGED) solicits closed offers from eligible bidders who meet the qualifications required for the "Acquisition of computer equipment for the DGID » in a single batch:

Eligibility of Bidders:
(a) Financial Capability
The Bidder must provide written evidence that it meets the following requirements:
1) The Bidder must demonstrate to the satisfaction of the Employer that it has cash and/or credit facilities with of a financial institution which makes two (02) times the amount of its offer by providing a credit line certificate.
2) The Candidate must prove the financial solidity of his company. For this he must provide certified financial statements for the last three years; Submission of audited balance sheets or other acceptable financial statements for the past three (03) years (2018, 2019 and 2020) demonstrating the Bidder's current solvency and long-term profitability.
NB: The financial statements must be certified by a chartered accountant or a firm approved by ONECCA for national companies or a similar body for foreign companies.
(b) Technical Capacity and Experience
The Bidder must demonstrate, with supporting documentation, that it meets the following technical capacity requirements:

5) The candidate must provide a sworn statement attesting that he has fulfilled his obligations with regard to the Social Security Fund, the Senegalese Retirement Provident Institute (IPRES), the services responsible for collections taxes and labor inspection for national companies or equivalent structures for foreign companies.
c) Additional specific criteria
If the Bidder is not the manufacturer, but is offering Supplies on behalf of a Manufacturer under a Manufacturer's Authorization given in the form of Section IV (Tender Forms), the Manufacturer must own and make the proof that he has the following qualifications:
the Bidder must provide proof that he has successfully completed two (02) contracts for similar supplies during the previous five (05) years.

Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of five million (5, 000, 000) FCFA.
The Bidding Documents in French may be purchased by any interested Bidder by submitting a written request to the address below against a non-refundable payment of thirty thousand (30, 000) FCFA.
