General Procurement Notice for Acquisition of Butane Gas and Accessories, Etc

1. The Director General acting on behalf of and for the account of the National Agency of Civil Aviation and Meteorology of Senegal, executes, under the Management 2020, within the framework of its General Budget and the Consolidated Budget of Investment a public procurement program.


2. Acquisitions, by way of calls for tenders and requests for information and prices, concern the following areas:


Supplies:

- Acquisition of butane gas and accessories on behalf of the "BAWAAN" Provoked Rains Program (PPP);

- Acetone acquisition on behalf of the BAWAAN Provoked Rains Program (PPP);

- Acquisition of silver and sodium iodide on behalf of the "BAWAAN" Provoked Rains Program (PPP);

- Acquisition of consumables and meteorological supplies;

- Acquisition of automatic rain gauges with GPRS on behalf of the CLIMDEV project;

- Acquisition of digital barographs on behalf of ANACIM;

- Acquisition of advertising on behalf of ANACIM in two (02) separate lots (lot 1: advertising accessories, - lot 2: end-of-year products);

- Acquisition and installation of office equipment and furniture;

- Acquisition and installation of computer equipment, Migration Exhange 2019 and redesign website ANACIM;

- Acquisition of rolling stock in 02 separate lots: lot 1: ANACIM lot 2: CLIMDEV project;


Works :

- - Construction and rehabilitation of meteorological stations on behalf of the CLIMDEV project in 03 separate lots: lot1: ANACIM lot2: northern zone CLIMDEV lot 3: southern zone CLIMDEV;

Current services:

- - Maintenance and repair of the ANACIM car fleet;

- - Maintenance and Maintenance of computer equipment.


Intellectual services:

Selection and recruitment of an independent firm to carry out the final evaluation of the ANACIM performance contract for the 2016, 2017 and 2018 fiscal years.


3. The specific procurement notices will be published from January 2012 in a daily newspaper and in the public procurement portal at www.marchespublics.sn.


4. Contracts will be awarded in accordance with the provisions of Decree 2014-1212 of 22 September 2014 concerning the Code des Marches Publics.
