3. The Beninese Electric Power Company requests closed offers from eligible candidates who meet the qualifications required to supply and install portable input terminals (TSP) and accessories for the digitization of index reading operations. consisting of a single lot, namely:

4. Participation in this open call for tenders as defined in law n ° 2017-04 of October 19, 2017 on the public procurement code in the Republic of Benin concerns all eligible candidates, fulfilling the conditions defined in this Dossier d 'Open Call for Tenders and which are not affected by the provisions of articles 72 and 142 of the said code.

- Having performed with satisfaction of at least two (02) markets for the supply of portable input terminals in Benin or in countries with the same climatic conditions as Benin during the last three years (2016; 2017 and 2018) and the current year;
- Have successfully executed at least one (01) contract to design and / or implement customer information systems in the utilities sector during the last three years (2016, 2017 and 2018) and during the year In progress;
- Provide the list of qualifications and professional references of three (3) staff:
