The Economic Community of West African States (ECOWAS) has obtained a grant from the West African Development Bank (BOAD) for the financing of the regional project of "Promotion of climate-smart agriculture in Africa. All suppliers / contractors meeting the origin criteria defined in the directives are eligible to tender. The consultants will be selected in accordance with the Guidelines for the Procurement of Consultants Financed by a Loan or a Cash Advance from the West African Development Bank, March 2013 edition.

The specific notices relating to the various contracts that must be awarded in accordance with BOAD`s international competitive bidding procedures will be published, as soon as they are communicated, on the Bank`s website (www.boad.org), in DGMARKET and in a national daily newspaper with wide circulation in the borrower`s country. The first specific contract notices will probably be published in March 2021
