Two identical modular, FPGA-based real-time platforms are required Control, regulation and synchronization of: a) a 6-axis nanopositioning stage (via analog ±10 V and SPI), b) a three-axis stage (analog ±10 V + high-speed trigger/marker), c) a measuring system with 16× BiSS-C channels, including reserve I/Os (e.g. exposure, joystick). The solution must be real-time capable, FPGA-related and modular be expandable.
