Demolition of floor coverings (approx. 400m2), wall tiles (approx. 200m2), plaster (approx. 650m2), masonry (approx. 32m³), partly contaminated with pollutants, approx. 80 core drillings. Shell: Mauerwerk KS in various thicknesses (approx. 470m2), construction of new formed reinforced concrete stairs over 2 floors, installation of approx. 41 steel beams. Working without a crane with a vertical lift.
