- Acceptance and recycling of organic waste from the Nbg urban area. Recycling of organic waste (biowaste and green waste) from the Nuremberg urban area - Collection of organic waste at a suitable collection point, - transport for recycling, - proper treatment of organic waste and production of high-quality products, - utilization/marketing of the products, - Proper disposal of all residual materials. The contractor has a collection point properly and to operate in accordance with the permit at which he takes over the organic waste from the client's collection. The collection point can also be the recycling facility at the same time. The pick-up point must be within a maximum distance of 20 km Distance from the client's company building (Pfm. 27). (for calculation see point 5 award criteria) The contractor undertakes to operate the treatment plant(s) for organic waste according to the requirements and care of a To operate a specialist waste disposal company in accordance with Section 56 of the KrWG.
