Description of the service: The present action has been planned, which foresees the intervention in the interior of 5 of the 9 homes. Specifically the homes located on the 2nd 2nd, 3rd 1st, 3rd 2nd, 4th 1st and 4th 2nd. Installation dismantling works are planned to be carried out existing, the first phase of all the installations, the soffit of the facades and the action in the bathrooms to leave them renovated. At the same time, the repair of the skylight is also planned in order to avoid the leaks that the building currently has. the network the electrical wiring inside the house will be renewed up to the distribution board, including individual derivations to meters, but without mechanisms.
