The purpose of this consultation is the following work in the municipality of Nolay (21): -Lot 1: Rehabilitation work on the collective sanitation network from Rue des Maumenets to the wastewater treatment plant (partly in the bed of the Cozanne) -Lot 2: Work to separate the Grange Champion / Huilliers sectors This contract was awarded in the form of an adapted procedure in application of articles L1111-1, L1111-2 and L2123-1, and articles R2123-1 1° and R2123-5 of the order code public. By way of derogation from article 3.1.2 of the CCAG TRAVAUX, notification is deemed acquired on the date the documents are sent to the buyer profile. The contract is concluded from its notification. The duration of the market includes all maturities and contractual obligations (administrative, financial obligations and contractual guarantees). For lot 1, the execution time is 4 months, including the preparation period.
