The purpose of this contract is to carry out work to supply and install solar protection on the interior facade of the real estate complex concerned, as part of the implementation of the cooperation protocol concluded between Hauts de Seine Habitat and the National Sales Operator (ONV), following the notification of the sale on December 18, 2024. This work is part of the renovation program backed by the deed of sale by the ONV, including several operational components aimed at guaranteeing the continuity of management of the site and preparing, ultimately, the sale of the 25 social housing units. As part of the Marketing, the services consist in particular of the installation of solar protection on the facade overlooking the equipped courtyard bow windows. The architectural firm commissioned by Hauts de Seine Habitat defined the technical, aesthetic and architectural principles of this equipment. A request for authorization to modify the facade was submitted to the town hall on October 22, 2025. The execution of the operation will be carried out under the control of a Technical Controller and a Fire Safety Prevention Officer. The description of the work is indicated in the specific technical clauses (CCTP) of the different technical sections, attached to the consultation file.
