About the SME Finance Forum
The SME Finance Forum is a global consortium whose members work to expand access to finance for small and medium businesses.

The Forum brings together financial institutions, technology companies, and development finance institutions to share knowledge, spur innovation, and promote the growth of SMEs.

Managed by IFC, the SME Finance Forum was established by the G-20 in 2012.
Background to the Project
As a knowledge sharing project, the SME Finance Forum maintains a website and produces various printing material: annual report, thematic publications, brochures and leaflets presenting our services. We need the services of a print and web designer throughout the fiscal year 2020.
In addition, we have specific design needs around our annual conference, the Global SME Finance Forum 2019, which will be held 7-9 October 2019 in Amsterdam, the Netherlands.

This event will bring together leaders from financial institutions, development financial institutions, and fintech companies. The three-day program is designed to provide insights on innovation and transformative technologies that can accelerate small business finance.

We are currently looking for a designer to create a set of communications materials (print and electronic) for this event that will be in line with the branding concept created last year for the event. We are also looking for an official photographer to cover the event.
Key activities - Scope of Work:
Global SME Finance 2019 Estimated amount of days needed: 20 days

The designer will need to support and lead the design process for the following materials:
Participant badges with hanging string

Speakers tent card to be displayed on stage and market place participants tent card to be displayed on tables

Stage backdrop for the main conference room (including lectern branding)

Registration desk branding (including backdrop)

Branding for the conference hall foyer (fintech booths + coffee breaks + welcome reception + lunch)

Stand-up banners and other banners as needed (gala dinner, marketplace

Sponsor tent cards for gala dinner table

Reserved signs and routing signs

Menu card for Gala Dinner

Fintech booth logo signage

Signage on corporate gifts

Power point title slides for every session

Agenda of the day and upcoming panels to be shown on TV screen
The photographer who will cover the event is expected to perform the following:
Take photos of the marketplace, 1 study tour, members meeting, fintech demos, networking breaks, conference sessions, all the breakout rooms, Global Awards dinner on 07/10 and cocktail on 08/10. Note that some of those events may happen outside of the Hilton (study tour, members meeting and cocktail)

Assemble conference participants (500 people) for a group photo at appropriate time during the first day of the conference

At the end of each day, select 40 photos (does not need to be edited) to be displayed as a loop on available screens onsite

Provide 20 edited images by October 9 for the event press release. This should include the group shot and the award winners

Deliver 100 high-quality and high-resolution, edited and captioned pictures from the event (including pictures from each session) by May 20 and upload them on OneDrive (one folder per session)

Document and organize all raw photos by session (following the agenda) and upload them on OneDrive by 14 October

Work on those material should start as soon as possible.

The SME Finance Forum team will provide all the content needed. Regarding pictures, the designer will be able to use SME Finance Forums Shutterstock account to choose relevant pictures.

Printing will be managed by the SME Finance Forum.

The designer will provide ready to print PDF as well as source file (.ind files).
