The subject of the order is the preparation of water law reports and the preparation of applications and supplements until final decisions are obtained to modify permits at the Kujawy Plant. The engagement includes developing recommendations and a formal path in in connection with planned changes to the mine and cement plant infrastructure, water and sewage management and the prospect of CCUS solutions. Scope of the subject of the orderModifications in the current permit BD.RUZ.4210.130.2021RB: taking into account the extension of drainage mining plant, possibility of using water for washing aggregates, changes in the amount of water intake and flows, possibility of draining excess water, drainage of water from drainage of parking and maneuvering areas, drainage of the construction site of a new plant processing, taking into account the location of the car wheel washing plant (taking into account sewage disposal).
