Tender Details

The basic activity of HungaroControl Zrt. is the air traffic control service ATC (Air Traffic Control), which it performs on the basis of legal authorization as a state task.

The tenderer intends to use 1 Large Area Multilateration System (hereinafter WAM) for the Budapest TMA and CTR airspacesbuild. The WAM will be a secondary airspace reconnaissance sensor for the Bidder's air traffic control system. The WAM shall consist of the following elements: a. A central processing system with full redundancy.

b. From a given number of ground stations, the number of which is proportional to the reconnaissance requirementwith the reserve principle of the N-1 system.

c.Independent test system.

d.Reserves

The Winning Bidder/Supplier must deliver and install the entire system.

The purpose of the tenderer is to acquire a system for which it wishes to acquire the Transport Authority Plantin the Holding Permit. The condition for this is that the Manufacturer issues an EC declaration of conformity for the system in accordance with Regulation 552/2004/EC or 1139/2018 of the European Parliament and of the Council, in which he declares the integrity of the system supported by test reports, and that themust comply with the EUROCAE ED-142 and ED-129B standards.
