the national oceanic and atmospheric administration (noaa), office of marine and aviation operations/marine operations center - pacific requires a roxtec or equal rectangular multi-cable transit sealing system to include a steel ex frame, solid modules (various sizes), cable transit modules (various sizes), stainless steel stayplates, lubricant, and wedge kit to replace a corroded and leaking multi-cable transit at the base of the vsat mast on noaa ship hi ialakai.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.
(ii) solicitation number nman7200-18-00582 is issued as a request for quotation (rfq).
(iii) the solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through federal acquisition circular 2005-96.
