Tenders are invited for VIHFA on behalf of St. John Rescue.
St. John Rescue Inc. is the recipient of federal funds from the Community Development Block Grant Program under the auspices of the Virgin Islands Housing Finance Authority to design and construct a new operational headquarters and training facility. The St. John Rescue, Inc. is seeking the services of a Virgin Islands licensed architect to provide the following services:
A. Design and development of plans and specifications

A. Acquire all necessary permits

A. Conduct construction inspections and management services
A full description of the services to be provided can be acquired from St. John Rescue-s office located at the Myrah Keating Smith Community Health Center, #3B Susannaberg, St. John from October 3 through October 21, 2016 between the hours of 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Monday through Friday). A pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, October 19, 2016 at 10:00 AM at the Cruz Bay Recreation Center located across from the Cruz Bay Fire Station. All interested licensed architects are invited to attend. Sealed bid proposals shall be submitted to St. John Rescue, Inc. by October 26, 2016 prior to 4:00pm at the Myrah Keating Smith Community Health Center.
