REQUEST FOR TENDER Stara, the city of Helsinki's construction services company, is requesting your offer for the procurement of water pallets (pallet pool) in accordance with this request for tender. The pallets are used as a water basin in water quality studies. The procurement unit is Stara. Acquisition will be used by the Department of Urban Infrastructure Construction. This is a small-scale procurement of goods below the national threshold value. The object of the procurement is water pallets for Malminkenta (former Malmi airport). with. This procurement notice has been sent for publication on 19 May 2026 in the public procurement Tender service, through which the tender must be prepared and submitted. PLATFORM REQUIREMENTS The procurement includes five (5) pallets. The size of the pallet is approximately 6m x 2.5m x 1.5m, and the volume 20m3. The structure of the pallets must be waterproof and reinforced so that they can last as water pallets in continuous infrastructure site use, transfers and varying operating conditions. There will be no partitions in the pallets. There must be 3" joints at both ends of the pallets at the top edge for nail connectors. The pallets must be transfer pallets, they must be equipped with lifting loops (4 pcs.) and hook and wire grips. Bid price given by the bidder contains five (5) pallets. Transportation, insurance and other possible delivery costs and invoicing supplements must be included in the tender price of the procurement package.
