Ventilation contractor for Munkerud environmental kindergarten
Oslo municipality v/ Oslobygg KF, hereinafter referred to as the client, invites to an open tender competition in connection with the procurement of a ventilation contractor for Munkerud environmental nursery school. Munkerud environmental kindergarten was an innovation project under the auspices of Omsorgsbygg Oslo KF, completed in 2019. The chosen ventilation solution proved early on not to work satisfactorily, and the air volumes in the building are too low, which sometimes results in elevated CO₂ levels. At the same time, the building has an undersized heating system, with persistent challenges linked to excessively low temperatures in the winter months, which results in an insufficient indoor climate during cold periods. In addition, temperatures are too high during the hottest periods of the year. Against this background, it is necessary to implement measures to establish a comprehensive and satisfactory technical solution in line with TEK. This procurement deals with the new ventilation solution, including building-related auxiliary works.
