Tenders are invited for Addis Ababa Vehicle Maintenance Shade
Payment of non-refundable fee of Birr 300 (three hundred Birr).
The amount of the Bid security is Birr 50, 000.00 (Fifty Thousand ETB) in the form of CPO or Unconditional Bank guarantee. Payable to by the Name “Hamlin Fistula Ethiopia”. In any other form is not acceptable. In addition, it should be sealed in separate envelope.
6.The Bidder shall submit the entire and required document to Addis Ababa Procurement department on /or before 2:30 P.M (after noon ) of December 13, 2022.During the opening time the technical proposal will be opened first at 9:00 P.M on the same date and office in the presence of the bidders or their legal proxy.
LOT 2- Three types of textile products in roll- Operation room cloth, patient dress and pajama/flannel. Therefore, any eligible bidders can see the sample of the textile and purchase a complete set of bid documents upon payment of non- refundable fee of Birr 100 (One hundred Birr) starting from November 28, 2022 to December 13, 2022 at office working hour until closing time 8:30PM o-clock afternoon. The amount of the Bid security for this LOT is Birr 10, 000.00 (Ten thousand ETB) in the form of CPO
LOT 3- Our organization, HFE would like to invite to receive a proposal from interested cafeteria owners and /or any eligible persons for rent of space and/or arrangement of facility for establishment of office cafeteria for the corporate head office. Thus, any interested bidders can see the facility and present their technical and financial proposal in separately sealed envelope to the procurement office until December 13, 2022, 8:30 PM local time /afternoon.
