Building site: address of the Valkealatalo building site: Toikkalantie 5 45370 The Valkeala project includes the renovation of the Valkealatalo heat distribution room (from natural gas to district heating) in accordance with the contract documents. The site is an existing building that is used in part during the contract. This must be taken into account when working outside the system interruptions, emptying and the contract area. The method of heat production is changed from a gas boiler to district heating. In addition, the movements of the swimming pool heating secondary circuit will be renewed and the ventilation unit heating transfer is in the ventilation room room. Change in the heating system must be made during the closure of the building from June 17th to August 11th, 2024.
