Brief description of the procurement: The object of the small purchase is the procurement of a complete service of job portals for the Social Insurance Board in Estonia. The term "complete service" refers primarily to the publication of job advertisements on the service provider's portal and the service provider's minimum additional services (sharing ads on social media, highlighting job offers) and options for using other additional services of the provider. As a result of the small purchase, a framework agreement is concluded with up to two partners. The service is provided from the conclusion of the contract until 30.06.2027 or until until the maximum value of the contract is met.
