This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis constitutes a solicitation and incorporates provisions and clauses in effect through federal acquisition circular 2024-02.

The United States Coast Guard (USCG) has a requirement is for Clean and flush approximately 60 feet of 6-inch underground cast-iron fire main supply line serving the Rice Mill Building at USCG Base Charleston, SC 29401. Specific requirements are detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW).
Site visit is not required but highly encourage by prospective bidders to inspect the location verify the work necessary to complete the job. Prospective bidders may schedule a site visit by emailing John Difrancesco Jr. At [email protected] between the hours 0800-1530 Monday - Friday.
