In the framework of a business framework contract, the maintenance, repair, renovation and provision of related services of uninterruptible power sources (UPS equipment) in the territory of Semmelweis University (hereinafter: AK) as the contracting entity, a total of 24 months for a period of time. The exact description and planned quantities of the tasks of the winning tenderer (hereinafter: AT) are contained in the draft Technical Description and Framework Contract, which are part of the Public Procurement Documentation. UPS maintenance, troubleshooting, renovation According to the enterprise framework agreement, the task of the winning company is to carry out the maintenance, repair (troubleshooting) and renovation tasks of the UPS equipment located on the premises of Semmelweis University in accordance with the MSZ-HD-60364-7 standard, the public procurement in accordance with the Technical Description and Enterprise Framework Agreement, which are part of the documentation: In connection with the UPS equipment operating on the premises of Semmelweis University, the performance of the following tasks for a total of 24 months: - (planned) maintenance every 6 months with regard to all UPS equipment, - renovations according to AK's order, - elimination of errors that occur unexpectedly between maintenance cycles based on AK's indication. The winning AT must undertake that 0-24 hours, maintains a constantly available and accessible dispatcher service/on-call to receive reports concerning error and malfunction elimination and to take immediate measures, about which AK opens reports...
