UPOL/PřF/KEF - Equipment for micro-X-ray fluorescence analysis (µXRF)
The subject of the Public Contract is the supply of a complete desktop micro-X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (hereinafter referred to as "µXRF equipment") designed for non-destructive elemental, mapping and phase-mineralogical analysis of solid samples, particles, powders, liquids, geological samples, thin cuttings, electronic components, materials with inhomogeneous composition and topographically structured samples. The equipment must enable point analysis, line analysis, surface element mapping, work with complete spectral data from each measured point and subsequent offline evaluation of the data. Intended uses include materials science, geology, mineralogy, forensic analysis, archaeometry, hazardous substance screening, biological samples, and heavy metal or rare earth element detection. The minimum requirements for the subject of Public procurement are defined by technical, commercial or other contractual conditions, which are attached to the tender documentation. In particular, the Technical Specification and the binding text of the contract.
