Green surface maintenance works in VIII. district Green surface maintenance works in VIII. costs Within the framework of the contract to be concluded on the basis of this procedure, the tenderer maintains the Józsefváros Economic Center, Budapest Capital VIII. district Within the administrative boundaries of Józsefváros, it wishes to conclude framework contracts for regular green space maintenance, as well as green space maintenance and transformation works to be carried out in public areas and municipal areas. The works include a maintenance tasks of green areas and the vegetation in them, lawns, trees, perennial and shrub surfaces, as well as irrigation systems and covers, as well as green areas and the built elements, equipment, tools and covers found in them maintenance tasks. In the public procurement procedure, the tenderer ensures the submission of bids for the parts as follows: Part I: Green surface maintenance works for VIII. in district II. part: Green surface maintenance works in VIII. district Bidder in both parts so-called wishes to enter into a value-based business framework contract, which will be created for a fixed period of time until December 31, 2027, starting from the signature by both parties, with the Customer entitled to the temporal scope of the contract to be extended by another 1 (one) year.
