Tender are invited for Upgrade the energy managements system (EMS) to reduce energy consumption at the elementary school. This control system will include an EMS that will regulate and monitor the HVAC equipment. Most of the existing HVAC equipment is presently controlled and monitored by an older and out-of-date SIEBE/Barber-Colman EMS with a Johnson Control's FX-60 Supervisory Overlay that also does some of the central unit controls.
