Owner implemented a NetSuite ERP financial system along with eight other integrated(or planned to be integrated) ancillary applications on October 1, 2016, collectively known as WeConnect. Since that time, the implementation and rollout of the systems has some challenges, and a number of serious defects and data consistency issues were discovered which had a serious impact on NeighborWorks` operations. NeighborWorks believes they have resolved the mostcritical issues and have stabilized the WeConnect systems.
Owner is seeking the services of a service provider to undertake an independentverification and validation (IV&V) review to assess the current state of the systems to validate they meet the needs of the organization and to verify the processes comply with industry best practices.
