Tender are invited for Provide employee health services. Provide all labor, material, equipment and supervision to provide pre-employment physical examinations, pre-employment urine drug screening and alcohol breath testing, annual physical examinations, random and post-accident urine drug screening, random and post-accident breath alcohol testing, and manual diff (85007) lab testing services on an if-and-when required basis during normal business hours and hours outside of normal business hours, with a high volume of service requests during the summer months, see attached file.
