Tender Details

Tender are invited for Remove dirt, grime, pollutions and other contaminants on the exterior wall by powerwashing using a biodegradable cleaner. The wall shall be scrubbed to help remove contaminants and black streaks. The brick and sandstone shall be prepped for a sealer application. A sealer shall be applied to help stop the absorption of moisture and contaminants from damaging the surface and help masonry resist staining. Washing and sealing shall be performed without damaging the mortar or underlying material and to give all the masonry aclean, uniform appearance without streaks, runs, or a soiled appearance.
