Dear Bidder, The International Labour Office (ILO) is looking for an individual to undertake work as an External Collaborator. Below is a summary of the work to be performed: The hired expert will work with Moldova-s State Labour Inspectorate (SLI) personnel to update risk assessment models, general and for undeclared work. Run updated model, generate profiles, and assist SLI to train territorial chiefs. They will co-design monitoring framework and provide guidance during pilot. Following which, support required updates to models and use results to assist SLI to develop a risk assessment-based inspection plan for 2027. All learnings and practical guidance will be captured in a National Labour Inspection Risk Assessment Report. Building SLI focal person capacity over the contract period is a key requirement.
