*Addendum 1 posted to answer one question received 2/29/24* This Request for Proposal (RFP) is to establish a contract(s) to provide uniforms and accessories for the Minnesota Sexual Offenders Program (MSOP), Department of Human Services (DHS), only. There are approximately 500 MSOP employees that may order through the resulting contract. The awarded Contract Vendor must provide an online ordering system with allotment tracking, an assigned account manager, and delivery of uniform garments and accessories. The MSOP requires that certain uniform garments are embroidered. The cost of the embroidery is included in the cost of the item, as noted in the description of the item in the Exhibit D Price Schedule. A walk-in location within the St. Paul-Minneapolis Metropolitan area is required. The Metropolitan area is defined as within the Anoka, Hennepin, Ramsey, Washington, Carver, Scott, and Dakota counties. A walk-in location must provide measurements and will-call orders. Delivery charges will not be added (invoiced) for walk-in or pick-up orders. Deliveries are FOB Destination, Freight Prepaid & Allowed. All freight charges are included with the unit price. No additional freight charges may be added to the invoice. This Contract has insurance requirements as defined in Exhibit B: Insurance Requirements. Please closely review all requirements.
