The award procedure used is: the open adapted procedure. It is subject to the provisions of articles L. 2123-1 and R. 2123-1 1° of the Public Procurement Code. The contract includes optional installments defined in the specifications. THE Services are paid by fixed prices. Negotiation possible with selected candidates. Maximum overall duration of the contract of 16 months from the service order to start the firm phase. This contract concerns dams Goule and Sidiailles. Its purpose is: - Carrying out underwater inspections of the two dams; - Carrying out a close inspection by drone of the downstream face and the above-water part of the upstream face of the Sidiailles dam; - There carrying out camera inspections (pipes, drains, piezometers, pendulum drilling). - Measuring thicknesses on pipes and valves
