The Government intends to purchase on a firmfixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis Milcots LLC. for items aslisted under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12, and FAR Part 13.Offerors must be registered in SAM.GOV database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any DoDcontract. This may be accomplished electronically at http://www.SAM.gov.This is a firm fixed-price procurement; therefore, the offeror's initial offer should represent the vendor's best quote in termsof price and technical acceptability.This notice is intent to sole source with Milcots LLCVendors must be Milcots LLC.
